Local owner/operator, Dolly Armstrong, is a veteran of the United States Air Force and a long- time resident of Pennsylvania.

After spending nearly 22 years in the architect-engineering industry, Dolly was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug. She discovered a perfect fit with the Bin There Dump That franchise. The company culture and vision were aligned with her personal and professional goals, and Bin There Dump That of Central Pennsylvania was born.

Dolly enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys, hiking the Appalachian Trail and supporting local youth sports across the region. Our team is excited to serve the community by offering residential friendly roll-off dumpster services. We are committed to delivering positive customer experiences.
